I was scheduled at 10:15 for a swallow test. I checked in at 10 and waited until 10:45 before I was called. Once I was in the radiation room and ready for the test (removed my shirt), it took 5 minutes before the doctor came in to do the test. He was very efficient and the test was over by 11:00.

My technician was a 10/10 she was very through on what I was going to get done and how the procedure will go. However this is my second time going to this facility and again. My biggest complain is the staff in the front desk. I guess I’m used to warm welcome and greeting and the staff lacks that severely it almost look like the girl in the front is mentally checked out. For it being my second time it was the same experience. People skills and customer service skills are needed I. The front. That’s all. Over all okay experience.

Good experience during visit. Your auto text, email, phone message reminders of appointment stink. Day before visit I was told that I had to reschedule. I called and they said my appointment was still good. Then got another reminder to reschedule. I went anyway and was served. After I finished my appointment, I still got a reminder to reschedule. I hope the system doesn’t keep this up. It sucks.

My original appointment was canceled just as I was getting ready to leave. I scheduled a new appointment at Loma vista office. I had to cancel clients I had to make this new appointment. I showed up and was told I would have to pay $148 because they didn’t take my Medicare supplement. So I went home and called scheduling. I got another appointment at market street site. Again I had to cancel clients. Some for the second time. I eventually got the cat scan. It took all day and lots of frustration as well as a loss of income.

It was quick even though there were quite a few people waiting before I arrived !! The sign in was quick also. I did not have to bring the paperwork in they already had it on file so that was good. I thought it would be a long process but it wasn’t. I did have a student who was training in the room while I had my exam they were both pretty quiet but not rude or anything like that. The other office on Loma Vista were more welcoming and very helpful. I can say it wasn’t a bad experience though!!

The employees were wondering, explained everything about procedure. I am very claustrophobic , but I was reassured I would be ok. The young lady that took me back was amazing, the best part was that my boyfriend was allowed in the room with me. Thank your facility for making the patients feel safe in this machine. Thank you also for being open late in the evening

Much better experience than my previous visit. Last time I was told to arrive 1 hour before my procedure and I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes before I was escorted to the procedure room. This time they had me arrive only 20 minutes early and they actually took me for my procedure 5 minutes before it was scheduled. The tech. was extremely communicative and efficient. Overall everything went smoothly.
