Excellent and immediate service, thank you! I went in with my severe asthma and they took me right in; I was the 2nd one there. Took my oxygen level in the waiting room, yes, I was bad! Excellent staff, the EMT was so kind and easy going, I was a bit scared to be honest. Afraid of the ER, did NOT want to be admitted. The female doctor was AWESOME! She understood my fear(s) and sat with me and explained my options and kept coming back to check on me while treatments and x-rays were done. I am extremely thankful for the care and attention and for letting me come home! I am feeling better this morning and I can breathe! We always go to the Rockledge site since we are a few blocks away and service is fast. Thank you to the staff, the EMT, the x-ray tech, and the doctor! I hope to not return but I am truly thankful for your care! You guys are awesome!

I have visited this office a few times, and all of the staff has always been professional, communicative, and to the point. I came one time after a bicycle crash, all bloody. They took x-rays, cleaned up wounds, medication, etc., but what really made the difference that time is their advice on cleaning wounds and what to use on them that today I have no scars from the incident. Highly recommend the Rockledge team!

Was not feeling well and went to the medfast urgent care in Rockledge. They were quite busy that day. They advised might be a longer than usual wait time. I decided to stay instead of trying to go to a different location. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Which is normal. They took vitals, listened to my concerns and did strep test. Called in my scrip as I was leaving. All was good.

The services I received from admin person, the nurse and doctor were quick and efficient. Perfect. Leaving, HOWEVER, I was made uncomfortable by another receptionist who looked square in my face and wasn’t going to offer me “have a good day”, “anything else u need?” as I was exiting. I called back and voiced my complaint. Did not seem to register. These micro-aggression do impact us…negligence maybe. Overall I had an excellent experience. Just left with a sour taste in my mouth, but I could breath better. Thanks for the treatment.

My family has been to this location many times and recently I took myself along with my two girls to be checked for colds, soar throats, coughing and congestion. We were seen and had our tests done by a young girl who I’m sorry I didn’t get her name who was very patient especially with my youngest who I was afraid would not cooperate. My youngest did show signs of apprehension but because of the nurses patience and quiet manner I think it helped my daughter cooperate. All other staff and the Dr were very friendly and made our experience pleasant. I highly recommend this location!
