We rented a hospital bed for a 90 year old relative on the doctor's advice, they did not deliver it on the day promised although it was paid for in advance. They did not call either. The next day, after many calls, they delivered a broken bed. The delivery driver spent a long time coming in and out, said the bed was fixed and left. The bed was not fixed and still does not work. This is the 4th day we have had the broken bed and we are still waiting for the driver to come back and fix it, he does not answer his phone. We have been inconvenienced for days and worse, our injured loved one continues to suffer physically without the bed she needs. This useless company also calls itself "Gold Rush Medical Supply"
