I brought my aged parent in to see Dr. Chen. He spent 6 minutes with us, displayed no warmth or compassion and simply told us to contact her regular doctor. We were both shocked by his callousness and thinly disguised hostility. And for that visit, MediCare and we were charged a total of hundred of dollars.
