Chasity Bowers a provider at this clinic is the most unprofessional, and rude nurse practitioner I have ever had to deal with. I will never go back and recommend to anyone reading this to not, book an appointment with her you will be treated with disrespect.
Management however was great, but I should have never had to talk with management in the first place.

I had an appointment today at 1:45pm I got there early checked in at 12:47pm. I did not get called until 2:30pm. I went to the receptionist twice and she kept saying I’m next. I did not leave until after 4pm. Starting January I will be going to a different doctor’s office. I been coming here for years and never had to wait this long. People came after me and got called in before me. I’m very disappointed

When I tell you this is the worse community clinic I don’t even think the should have 1 star. I had a 9:30am appointment for my son to see the dentist, couldn’t find a park at first so I call 9:34 hello this is Michelle I been here but there’s no where to park can I reschedule and also since my son miss school can he have a note to go to school.. hold on for a minute I can reschedule you for 11:30am but we can’t give him a note because we haven’t seen him. While I’m on the phone someone move their car I park my car phone still to ear as I enter the building go to one of the young lady’s right in front of the door. She tells me to go to a window to her right the lady behind the window gives me some paper work to fill out . I fill them out take them back to the lady behind the desk she goes through the papers ask me for my son’s medical card and my ID (California driver License) I gave her my son’s medical card and my ID (California Driver License)she noticed I miss something so I go back to my chair finish the paperwork take it back return to my sit.. At 11:30 I get up and go ask when will my son been seen.. she tells me that he have a few people ahead of him because I rescheduled. I then told her no I didn’t rescheduled I told her I was on the phone with you talking about rescheduling and found a park so I came in told you my son’s name and the time of his appointment. She never said his appointment was moved to 11:30am and I never agreed to it his appointment being changed there was no need to because we were inside the building already at 9:38am .. so at this point I’m ready to go I go to my car and remember she has my drivers license and my son’s medical card.. I go to the window ask her for my documents and she tells me she gave them back.. no way did she give them back

Long story short all I got is a copy of my documents.. she lost them and gave me the copy that she made I knew this place was bad news from the reviews but I must say they not lying. The city would be a much better place if ROADS clinic
was shut down.

The only few times (2 or 3 times) i came here I had terrible service. I did not like it at all. Nurses and Dr here had no clue what they where doing so I had to switch my kids from Dr. And now i come to find out that my kids current dr in gardena (Dr.Kevorkian) merged with ROADS CLINIC. Its upsetting to know they merged together SMH now i might have to consider switching drs again. Atleast i hope the gardena location does not end up with the same service and staff as the compton location.

Worst clinic I've been to to receive therapy and psych.
Unprofessional attitude from the receptionist and therapist I was with for a little over a year.
I have been to multiple places to receive the same services and this one would be to worst, point blank.
They have no sympathy for people with disabilities.
