Awful front office. They did not bill my insurance company and their billing department is unresponsive...I received a bill one year later for services they wrote off.

Waiting for 3 hours is not uncommon in this office and he is quick to pull out a medication he wants you to 'try'.

There are many such medication salespeople posing as doctors these days and Dr Cook is one of them.

I would never return to this man.

Very good and thorough doctor, he was the first doctor that actually took the time to help with my health problems. When other doctor's around here find out that we have Tricare prime as an insurance they may take 5 minutes just to barely listen.
