Amazing. Had a MRI scheduled for 2 pm and I arrived at 10 till got in the back the lady that does the IV sticking name was Michelle and was very great didn't hurt when she stuck me. The MRI person running the MRI told me everything step by step and every five minutes checked in with me. I was out of there by 2:50. Great job on everything. Highly highly recommend. If I ever need another MRI I will request for the mediplex

Dr Jonnadula is awesome she actually listens. The Mediplex parking and getting into the building is nice. The waiting room is large and spread out.

My wife was scheduled to have a MRI on her left knee at 10 am this morning 4-22-24. She was told to be
There at 9 am. I am her husband and am sitting in our car waiting for her and it's 1020 am and she is still waiting for her MRI to be done. It is ridiculous that a simple procedure such as this takes so long.

Dr.Aylor is one of the great ones, always listens and I love the fact that he shoots it straight, talks to me like a human, Explains everything to where you understand it, and not just in medical terms to where you don’t. He has an amazing staff from the front office with Miss Sue and Miss Wendy. ( I love these ladies , they make u feel like family no matter how crazy busy they may be,. The nursing staff in the back is one of the most pleasant staff I have probably ever seen! Thanks for everything you all do at the Oxford. Mediplex so glad you all are my doctor and nurses!! I love you all and appreciate what all you do everyday for all of ur patients! Thanks for loving your job because it shows so much in your work! That is very very rare now and days in this crazy world. We need more people like Dr. Aylor and his staff

Dr. Aylor's office doesn't deserve the 1-star that I'm rating them with. I've been a patient for several years for routine check-ups and such. I have always had severe lower back problems but never complained about it. It got so bad that I ended up having major back surgery. Since then, I have been treated as a drug-seeker despite my medical records indicating years of chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and neuro-spine surgery. He immediately questions my motives upon seeing me, never showing sympathy toward my condition. When you live your life in pain, this becomes extremely frustrating. Today, I had my last visit with him, if you can call it that. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm (Friday afternoon). I arrive to see the door is locked and the lights are off. A tech from the office next door told me his office closes at lunch on Fridays, however, Dr. Aylor was still there. I asked if he can call in my maintenance medications (since thats the only reason I'm there). His response was "The only thing I can do is tell you to come back Monday." I had to spend a vacation day from work for this? Not anymore, I'm extremely frustrated and absolutely DO NOT feel he has my best interest at the forefront.

Dr. Aylor is nothing short of a drug pusher. All he cares about is refilling prescriptions and rushing to get you out. I never had to wait very long, though. I did my best to like him. I believe in giving anyone the benefit of the doubt. He appeared to be a little strange. In three years I never once had my kidneys checked and I have chronic kidney disease. I am prediabetic but would never order to get my A1 C checked. Claimed also that cocaine showed up in my bloodwork. That is absolutely ludicrous and did not happen. Not a good bedside manner but did get a little more personable as the years rolled by. The nurse always had a bad smokers cough. However, I would still recommend him to friends and family. He just wasn’t for me. I now have a doctor that cares about her geriatric patients and keeps up with tests that need to be done and when they need to be done. I don’t have to worry anymore about forgetting to tell the doctor something because she ask questions and is very thorough. Your memory gets bad as you age. He is a good doctor for those that depend on pain medications.

Always a great experience, professional and in and out quickly. Been with Dr Aylor since he was in Talladega and never been disrespected and the majority of the staff are great. I see a lot complaining, if you'd just do what the doc said, you wouldn't get scolded.

Had to go to this Dr not by choice I like many had to go when Dr passed away went in and payed my fee cause I have no insurance at this time. Saw the assistant Dr very polite but didnt like my blood pressure was up. Knew he would give me a precription for it and need to refill my pain meds which I have took same amount and strength for years I was not asking for anything different. she went out cause she said the Dr would have to see me first .well a few minutes later she comes back and says he won't give you pain meds with your blood pressure you need to take the prescription for it that I called in for a month and you need to see this agaency since you have no insurance. Dr never came in to talk anything just felt like I was told to get the hell out and dont bother coming back. I was in tears when I left cause I felt like I was looked down on. Not for not getting my meds but that they would not see me again to see if the meds he was precribing for my blood pressure would work.
