Was sent to this location to get treatment for my child’s ADHD. Doctor did not have the best availability. Months later I wanted a full report with my son’s diagnosis and doctor’s report but they couldn’t find my information as his parent! When I’m the one that took him in for registration, took my ID and everything. Now he can’t even be scheduled for appts, or I can’t make any appointments and can’t access any of my child’s records. I had to call our insurance and they could see that my driver license is on file the day I took my child in for the first time at this location! So clearly riverside university health center didn’t file things correctly and didn’t do things right. Now I have to wait 14 days through the insurance to get my child’s records so I have proof by mail. So inconvenient and not necessary for us to go through all this! We also went back to his primary doctor and will be going to a different location to receive treatment for my child’s ADHD.

The medical assistant Veronica is amazing at her job much better than the doctor herself. People come in feeling and concerned about many things the doctor Cynthia Interrupted me when complimenting her medical assistant and went straight to asking me questions and I understand she is busy but she was extremely inconsiderate about questions being asked talk about a doctor with zero relational skills. Good thing her medical assistant makes up for the lack in everything else the doctor did not have. Wouldn’t come back due to her approach in my check up.

Nice friendly workers, though my problems are extensive, I may be irreparable, I'm sure they can do the same or better than anyone else thank you. My appt was postponed because my medi-cal was inactive, but it's ok now I can make an appt.

I love the outpatient there, I currently go there for the outpatient program. The staff and councilors are SO caring and very empathetic. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my outpatient care. Definitely 5 ⭐ across the board

My wife Jeanette just left here they were very friendly and quick . She said the medical assistant Bryan was super awesome when drawing her blood. It’s didn’t hurt at all and he got it on the first try.

Excellent Affordable Health Care, fees based on sliding scale after proof of income and household expenses.
I guess this is what they would use to call County based public health care , or the "Free Clinic" back in the old days.
I believe that they are part of the whole Riverside County Dept of Health infrastructure but have renamed their system University Health as probably part of a learning type of facility. They have offices throughout the County and the main facility is the County Hospital in Moreno Valley.
This Corona office on Main St. Is fairly new building and seems to be pretty well equipped for a public health govt style of clinic.
The staff are very respectful and helpful in all the departments I have experienced. (Reception, Financial, Pharmacy as well the clinicians and medical staff.
Without any insurance, I was able to get affordable treatment and preventive health care on a regular basis along with affordable prescriptions.
