If you want good care, are an adult patient, and are free during 8-3 during M-F, ask for Dr Ahmed appt. You won’t be disappointed. Of course we have busy schedule but try best to accommodate.

I attended River region in Eastchase and it is very slow! I literally waited in a room for an hr with no assistance. You would think that this facility is packed and it’s not. There was 1 or maybe 2 patients in front of me. Everytime I come back for a follow up, the medical assistants never knows the reasoning for my return. It is frustrating coming to the doctor and they have no idea why you’re returning. Also, it doesn’t seem like some of the workers want to be at work. They feel as if they are being bothered. This is just unacceptable.

I was contemplating on staying with you all as a patient, in which I have been for a long time. Today's experience I witness today made my mind up to dis continue services with the company. Mind you you all still have some quality personnel. A patient came in to River region and both of your intake personnel were at lunch and wouldn't return until 1:00 pm she left highly upset because in her rant she was complaining she first had to get a ride too your facility and now have to try and find another one back. ? I've had my share of problems with some of your personnel and addressed them immediately and it was resolved. There is a saying that say's "the customer is always right." I can agree and disagree in some cases. But the main point is that, "if it wasn't for the customer you would have no business." I'm just a concerned patron that will be reluctant to continue to refer family and friends to choose your River region facility for services until I see better. Please make sure Mr G. Darrington, and Mrs. Campbell receive a copy of this. Thank you kindly

I’ve been going to River region health clinic for as long as six years. I am very thankful for this nonprofit. They have most certainly addressed my medical needs. Dr. guard is thorough and attentive and accessible. She keeps her high standards and stays true to her medical training, and is simply open to certain holistic Over the counter measures along the process of treating certain conditions . She does this without compromising her in-depth medical training. The staff are approachable and cordial. If it’s an urgent medical matter, the Jackson ER is right across the street. At River Region Health, many different medical diagnoses can be addressed in one single building. Lastly The Doctors here do possess a recognizable degree of a bedside manner? They can be stern but it is out of genuine concern for their patients in general. Such concern requires a level of “care” for the “whole” patient as a fellow human being. Dr. Guard is completely open to preventive medicine and Wellness altogether!! I for one, appreciate this character trait and “open” mindedness immensely!!

This facility won’t be my recommendation they are hard to reach, don’t ever answer the phone, never check messages, and then the women at the front have the most horrible attitudes I don’t understand how and why do y’all hire folks like this

Doctor & nurse's were really chill and friendly front desk was also except one person but hey we all have bad days also I was treated really nice and the doctor was really chill ? I would say my experience was definitely worthy of 4 stars only because of a random dude outside the building pressuring giving me a paper ad of his business but to be fair that's not the facility's fault.

I’ve seen 2 doctors affiliated with this facility and they are awful. They don’t follow up, check messages, answer the phone, the doctors do not do their job. It’s disgusting. The girls are nice . Doctors

One word useless the pediatric department gonna sit there and lie to my face and say the doctor isn’t there after the whole lobby heard the nurses talking about reschedule the scheduled patients bc there tied up with walk ins I’ll just find a new doctor one that actually cares about kids and this is after I sat there and waited 45 mins for my scheduled appointment useless trash
