I use a manual wheelchair. I also have sensory issues. The office is quiet, only one team of people working together. So it's peaceful. The windows are tinted appropriately for light sensitive people.
The facility is wheelchair compatible. An person that needs to stay in an electric chair will not be able to receive full services here. I transferred into the vision chair easily. I did not need to use the bathroom but the office seems too be within normal professional standards and well equipped.
The staff assisted me appropriately. I was treated like a regular human. They seemed to look to me for signals about any need I might have. That was perfect for me since I'm used to asking for help when I need it.
Overall it was a very good experience (except the party that they have me my diagnosis and explanations - they were professional and informative. I appreciate all the details. I just didn't like to hear what they had to tell me)
Yes. I highly suggest this location and Dr Williams team for anyone not wheelchair bound.

My husband and I have been going to River City Vision Center at Oakleaf; for almost 2 years. Dr. Chandra Williams is just gifted, I am impressed by her level of professionalism. I truly appreciate her patience in explaining her findings and giving sincere advice . I admit that I normally procrastinate when it comes to my eye care. But I feel much more comfortable and confident that my eye care is top-tier these days,,, Thank you God!! All of the staff there are genuinely kind and patient, they remember our names🤗! You must check this office out for yourself… I never write reviews but my appt. was today, and all my anxiety is gone. I left with great peace, honestly100⭐️ 🤗🎶

I moved to Jacksonville, Florida and was looking for an eye doctor. I checked a lot of the google reviews and this one caught my eye. I read each and everyone which was a five star rating so I made an appointment. The staff was wonderful. The doctor was excellent. She took her time and an address all my concern I’m impressed! The attention and care that my wife and I received was outstanding. Dr. Williams and her staff are second to none. Their knowledge and attention to detail was very reassuring. Dr. Williams never made us fell rushed as she explained every detail of her eye examination process. There equipment is more advanced than other chain eye care centers. I am highly recommending The River City Vision Center Oakleaf location for your vision care.

Dr. Williams and her team provides quality services. Everyone is warm and engaging. They are flexible and can work with your scheduling needs. It’s a beautiful office setting with top of the line equipment to assess your needs. Plenty of parking available as the office is located in a shopping go plaza. I definitely recommend!

Thank you to Dr. Williams and staff. This was my first visit to the office and it was a simple routine eye exam. The staff were friendly, the office was clean and Dr. Williams was very patient and helpful with explaining some concerns about my vision and overall the health of my eyes.
