Rise up Medical has been terrible to go through for my G7 sensors. It took multiple calls over weeks in order to get the first order to go through. I thought things were situated, but called today as I was supposed to receive supplies 1-2 weeks ago and still have nothing. I'm down to my last sensor. Only upon calling did I find out that all of my paperwork has been correct, but they're having issues with their shipping company. They were unable to specify what the issue was, and they have no idea of a timeframe of when I would receive my medical supplies. Throughout this process, they never send any information on shipping, so I have no idea when supplies are due to come in. Whenever issues arise with an order, they do not contact me, and I only find out after calling them. Communication with the company has been horrible and I never receive a call back when I'm told I will be contacted. I'm now having to scramble to find a new company or pay out of pocket for supplies with one sensor left.

As an update, last week they told me that the shipping company should send my things and to call back the following day for the tracking number. I called the next day, she could not give me a tracking number and said she would call back. She never called back and never answered the phone when I called. I had called every day the rest of the week with her not returning calls nor picking up my calls, and I am now out of my medical supplies.

Keeps sending medical supplies to my mother that she never requested. We have repeatedly asked them to stop. Medicare is being charged for the supplies and it has been reported as fraud
