I went to the bathroom before I left out from my visit and the bathroom was disgusting, not sure if that is stool on the wall or what ! I thought since it was close to closing they may have been busy and couldn’t tend to the bathroom but no this is not the first time , I can only imagine what their break room and the storage room looks like. I will give one more try if they clean up

Eric was fantastic! He greeted me immediately. He was so friendly and helpful! He answered all of my questions and made recommendations and it was just a genuinely pleasant experience. First time visiting this dispensary and it was great! Chantel ( shantell?) helped me set up my rewards profile because it was not working on my phone. Check out was easy, and another lady assisted in tracking down two additional products that I wanted but were sold out on the page. Overall it was a great experience! There was an employee that also held the door open for each customer as they left which was a nice little friendly touch. I will definitely be back!

The dispensary is an absolute pleasure to go to, the dispensary team is very helpful and positive. I had a small problem of one of my cartridges breaking before I even open the bag. I went back, explained it to the representative at the counter and the manager was able to get me a new one that was not broken. Definitely will be coming back for all of my dispensary needs.
