Referred here by a behavioral hospital. However, I am concerned about the legitimacy of this business. I called and scheduled an virtual appointment. Appointment day comes, no details on how to acces the virtual appointment. No phone call follow up. Nothing whatsoever. Hardly able to get in contact with anyone from this office. It has been almost two months now without care. Either this place is a scam or the quality of their service is so poor that you will not get the help you need from here.

EDIT: There was a misunderstanding... The behaviorial hospital gave them incorrect contact information for me. I was called and the situation was rectified immediately. Thank you !!!

My daughter has been Under the care of Dr. Tambi & this facility for a few months. I have been calling since May 30, 2022 to get medication refills. Thank God I started early because I am still waiting for medication. I have been asking to speak with the doctor to no avail. I understand from the receptionist that everyone is working remotely and that's why my daughter is only getting virtual appointments but how can you really help her if you don't see her in person. The intake coordinator was excellent at putting me at ease & making me feel we made the right choice. The actions of the doctor and the rest of the staff make me feel otherwise. We had an appointment to speak with the doctor virtually today, so l left work early to get home for the appointment and no one contacted us.
I hope to hear from the doctor or someone soon as my daughter's meds are running out & I don't know what to do!!!!
