Right At Home was a huge help to us recently when my husband had shoulder replacement surgery. Since I am disabled, I would not have been able to care for him myself. Although many friends offered to help, it was wonderful to have someone here full time (even through the nights right after surgery). I was able to get the rest I needed and take care of errands, etc. during the day while my husband was well cared for. We found the helpers to be very nice, professional and extremely accommodating. They were at our disposal to do whatever needed to be take care of, including a few nights when my husband was up all night with complications. Later on, they were instrumental in driving him to follow-up doctor appointments and physical therapy, which gave me much needed time. Harpreet, the president, was also very kind, caring and helpful to us throughout the experience.

All in all, we were delighted with Right At Home’s services and staff. I highly recommend them!

My dad was by himself in Corona and due to his multiple urgent care visits he needed some help. He is a very strong and controlling personality. But working with Right at Home and the way caregiver could get him to eat meals on time and talk to him to comfort him was a game changer. It was something I could not imagine myself doing even if I was there. Much thanks to Right at Home team.

Fantastic!

This organization was a great help to our family after my shoulder replacement surgery. We needed help with everything and Right At Home (led by Harpreet Kaur - President) was a true blessing for us. We heard about the company from a seminar about Home Health Care and Right At Home has not only lived up to what they promised but, they exceeded our expectations! During our initial meeting with Harpreet we agreed on a health care plan that would be best for us. She even toured our home to provide guidance on how to make my return home from the hospital safe and comfortable. For example, she recommended a different shower chair than the one we already had and she was so right! When I returned home and care started, we were blown away about her staff. They were always on time and willing to do everything necessary to take care of me. They also took over the things I could no longer do while recuperating from surgery. In addition to taking care of my needs like dressing and showering, they even handled things like taking out the trash, housekeeping, laundry, dishes and so many other things.

The first two nights at home after surgery were tough. Thankfully, our plan called for the Right At Home care givers 24 hours per day for those first few days. This gave my wife total peace of mind and the ability to sleep after the long days without my help. I was struggling with complications of the surgery and for those two nights, I was up and down every five minutes in an effort to get some relief. The care givers were right by my side all night long! Even though I didn't get any sleep, the care givers did everything they could to help me to be as comfortable as possible.

Right at Home services are unbelievable. I would call it second life for my elderly father. Their caregiver team is much beyond a companion. They motivated him to schedule his future doctor appointments and accompany him to these appointments where years back he had stopped seeing his doctors. When I last visited him, I can call his house a home where things are all set up the right way compared to where he had lost interest in living a healthy life.

I am so thankful to see him on a consistent schedule. Harpreet and the caregivers have been on top to communicate what supplies and other stuff is needed so it can be delivered in a timely manner. Thanks to all your efforts. It’s making a big difference in life’s of people.

The way my elderly mother’s health deteriorated in a matter of two weeks and she moved to hospice care was very heart breaking for me, my sister and dad. My mother was in so much pain and it was tough for us to soothe her until we found Right at Home and the great service they offered.

Christina was so knowledgeable and supportive. She would talk to my mother for long and make her eat her meals where we were just able to feed her couple of spoons only.

I am very pleased with the quality of the homecare services provided by the team at Right at Home to my nearly 90-year old mother.

Harpreet, the franchise owner, is very efficient, punctual, and effective. She visited my mom's home to conduct a needs assessment and discuss our care needs. She then selected several staff members to provide kind and compassionate care to my mom. I especially like the way she planned ahead for backup coverage in the event that a primary caregiver was temporarily unavailable. This did happen a couple of times, but there were no unplanned coverage gaps thanks to Harpreet's excellent contingency planning.

Kudos to Brianna, Miztli, and Edith for the excellent care they provided to my mom. Harpreet helped make receiving reimbursement from the long-term insurance provider easier by the detailed records she maintains. Following the conclusion of the agreed upon service period, I received a full and prompt refund of my initial deposit electronically via Zelle. The whole experience was stress-free. We are very grateful for the care provided. I definitely will use this company again when the need arises.
