Service was excellent!! When I approached the machine to sign in. I was greeted with I can help you. Three ladies were there without patients. So it was hard to tell where the voice came from. The young lady all the way to the left who loves the color purple. Things went very fast. I was greeted by a young man who was very pleasant. He drew my blood without any problems. Then I was on my way.

The visit with the Dr went well. He answered questions. The one glitch was the telephone call Sat. Evening telling both my husband and myself had appointments at 8:45 Monday morning. I listened to the message twice. He had an appointment with a different Dr in the afternoon. it did not give that information. Also said if there was a problem call during hours to correct. Very hard to do until Monday morning when it would be too late to change anything.

The lady that drew my blood was very quick, and the needle prick was one of the least painful I’ve ever had. I barely felt the needle enter my arm. Also, even though I was a walk-in and, probably because I was about 4th in line before the doors opened, I was seen quickly and on my way. The lobby was standing room only before my name was called, the order screen was already full, yet they moved quickly.

Its was so easy and fast to do an mri outpatient. It took longer too drive then it did you do the hole wait. Hr and 1/2. Nice clean environment

I had a 2PM appointment for an ultrasound exam. I was at the check-in counter at 1:30PM and thought I would have a long wait. I was so wrong. By about 1:40PM I was in the ultrasound room getting ready for the exam. The nurse performing the exam was so very nice. Everything went so quickly... I was back in my car at about 2:10PM. I was very pleased with the RRH and staff!

Recently had a total knee replacement done at RRH. I was nervous about going in for surgery, etc. but all the nurses, assistants and others who were there getting me ready & taking care of me afterward were wonderful and caring! It was comforting having people who were so kind helping me. Dr. Dasai performed the operation which went perfectly, he is an excellent Dr!

I came to get x-rays and ended up leaving without getting them done. I have always had good experiences getting x-rays/MRIs until this time. I was told my wait would be about 20 min (standard). After 30 min, I (politely) asked the lady about how much longer the wait would be, so she tried calling the x-ray desk, multiple times, but no one ever answered. After waiting over an hour, the gentleman who came in after me was called back for x-rays. So I told the lady up front that I was going to leave and come back later and asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told they don’t schedule appointments for x-rays.

The receptionist Mary and the lady who did my mammogram put me completely at ease with their chattiness and humour. Mary has since been very proactive with follow ups and they’re both immense assets to the hospital.
