During my first appointment (I've gone twice) , the staff member (I can't recall her name) experienced long wait times on the phone while attempting to verify my insurance. Throughout the process, she continually provided me updates. In addition to that, after verification, she came into the waiting area and brought my insurance card to me, instead of having me come to her - even though I could have. Being sensitive to my situation (I had on one of those bracing shoes) was really touching.
My experience, from the time I walked in, to the time I left, was exceedingly positive. Dr. Haddad and his entire staff are extremely professional and caring.

Front staff office is always so friendly. Nurses are amazing and take their time with patient care. Dr. Haddad is one of the best podiatrist he did surgery on my husband and everything is going so well. I would definitely recommend this doctor and office to anyone.
