I visited and saw Dr. Emily Fry and had the best experience. She took her time and answered all my questions. She was very personable and compassionate. Would definitely recommend.

I was a patient of this doctor and other staff for over ten years. Yet, a serious medical condition was overlooked for at least two years. I was refused help with FMLA paperwork. I’m now looking elsewhere for a PCP. I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received.

If I could review less than 1 star I would. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a doctor's office.
I should have followed my instinct from the beginning. When I came in for my first visit to establish care, there were 2 receptionists, in my opinion, were not dressed appropriate for front desk positions. Both were wearing sweats, Hair tossed up top... messy bun style... kind of run to the market look, rather than working in a doctor's office.... but that's just me. I would prefer a more professional establishment.
During my appointment with Dr. Alison, she was kind and personable. My blood was drawn and I was given a stool kit to take home. The following day I returned with the samples.
After a few days, I received an email that says "Your cholesterol is very high. I have sent medication for this to your pharmacy. We should recheck in 2-3 months. Other Tests pending."
Ok, My first thought is "why didn't a nurse call and go over my labs, make sure I understood and maybe suggested other options if any?" Instead I was just told via email to take meds!
The medication for High Cholesterol has MANY MANY SERIOUS side effects! How about you take some time out to go over the possibilities before just having me take it, or explain to me how long I will need to take it or let me know if exercise and diet will help... I received nothing. After I made several calls and email to get some understanding on what was going on with my health, someone finally called back and when I asked why I did not receive a call to follow up on the lab results I was told "We only have one nurse, no apology... nothing! Moving forward to the stool labs... when I had not heard back regarding those, I decided to follow up, I was told they send them out and results haven't came in yet. I continued to wait.... Day 18... I call in regarding labs... was told that they were in and they were "normal' I asked for a copy of results to show GI doctor because I still was not feeling well. I received the email, opened it and it said "tests were not completed." I called back and asked why it said that and was told that on their side it shows labs are normal and they don't understand when they send to me why its showing up like that. I was then told they would call lab and have them fix it in the system and call me back. A few hours later, I received the phone call... this time I was told they spoke to lab and lab stated they never did the testing because specimens were taken in the wrong containers!!! First... how was the person on the phone able to give me a result stating "NORMAL and NEGATIVE" if my specimens were NEVER tested? The response from the person on the phone was that you can come back and redo it. Second, I went into the doctor complaining about stomach pain... its been 18 days since I provided specimens, I could have been treated by now and feeling better. Better yet, what if I just took her word for it that my labs were normal, and there is possibly a problem that would not have been treated?!! I am appalled!

This practice group is great-very accommodating. And Dr. Richardson is the first doctor who has ever explained to me why sustained high blood pressure is so detrimental, rather than just trying to push the pills.

Dr. Richardson is amazing. She has been my primary care physician for a little over a year and has been wonderful. Her staff are excellent and knowledgeable, especially her nurse practitioner Emily.

This is not where a person who cares for their health should go, the doctors DO NOT CARE (maybe Mrs. Roland cares ) they out source you to other doctors and you never really get an answer. When you complain you become the problem. I’ve sent numerous of people here thinking they have the best interest for your health until I really got sick and need them. Please look at another doctor and from the reviews I’ve read I’m not the only one saying this.

The last few times I visited, I wasn't pleased. I felt like my health wasn't a priority. Also, the front staff were giggling and just not professional at all. I felt really uncomfortable.
