Dr. Chern's practice feels like the old-fashioned family doctor who really cares about his patients. Its not about seeing as many people as he can in the shortest time...he takes the time to understand whats going on and explains everything so well. I feel better than I have felt in a long time...And it isn't about treating the symptom but is all about treating the whole body to work optimally. His staff makes me feel welcomed and cared-for. Im a 47 yr old woman who suffered from Graves Disease, severely debilitating menopause symptoms, major trust issues and addiction before being introduced to the unbelievably brilliant Dr Chern and his incredibly amazing team. These caring, capable professionals quite literally saved my life, my marriage and my sanity, never once making me feel "less than". I've been a patient at The Hormone Restoration Center for several years now. The office is very clean, the atmosphere is always welcoming and staff are very well educated and happy to be informative. When you arrive you're treated with care, empathy and respect and you become a cherished member of a family who genuinely wants to listen and help you. Dr. Chern is an amazing doctor. One of the best that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He is kind, intelligent, and very understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who is need of his assistance and from what I understand he has a wide range of expertise. All that being said it is his operations manager, Amanda, that makes the place go. She is extremely accommodating and will work to make sure that you have everything you need. Whether you need a refill called in or an appointment changed she is always there to help. If ever I need her she always returns my call even if she is away from the office. All and all Dr. Chern and Amanda have a great practice. Not only is their medical assistance top notch but they are truly caring people as well and that makes all the difference in the world. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their assistance!

Dr. Churn and Dr. Sue Griffin, both have amazing bedside manner and are very compassionate and always willing to listen to you even if you’re talking about something that is not pertaining to your appointment. And they are very understanding. And the front desk staff always greets you with a smile and always talks to you like you are long-term friends.
