Dr. Lauderdale and every staff member was amazing. Our entire family needed to be seen and he allowed us to go back between two rooms instead of waiting one by one. They took their time with hearing our symptoms, getting our vitals, and running tests. Majority of the family members are already feeling much better after being on medicine for only 24 hours. Thankful this facility is in our community!

Though we live on Old Pike Road it is always worth the drive to Millbrook because we know Rick Lauderdale is going to take great care of us. He and his team have always provided the type of care that gives confidence to his patients. We leave his office after each visit with the assurance we’ve had the best possible health care professional deal with whatever the issue is. He treats us like family and that is hard to find these days. Absolutely a Five Star.

Dr. Rick Lauderdale has always went above and beyond to help me when dealing with my illness. I have spent most of the past 7-8 yrs being switched between doctors and being told I was too young to experience some of my symptoms. Dr. Lauderdale tested me for everything under the moon and found out what was happening to me. Almost 2 years later and I finally have the right medications and treatment plan to help me manage my pain and life! This man literally gave me my life back!

Dr. Lauderdale has a wonderful bedside manner, very knowledgeable and patient. Husband was seen in a timely manner. They did testing and bloodwork on site so no waiting for results. Was able to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications immediately. Husband will continue to use.

Rick, takes the time to listen to you and explain anything that they are going to be doing or what you need to have done or what meds you will be taking. I never feel rushed at all. I recommend him & the Millbrook office to anyone.
