I had the best dental experience and can’t recommended enough! All of the staff were so incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for, even helping to entertain my baby who I had to bring with me as it was an emergency dental visit / they were the SWEETEST! So so helpful! they thankfully were able to get me in and the care was top notch! Dr. Johnny I believe was his name and he was amazing - very knowledgeable and kind and I couldn’t be happier about my results! This view was awesome to look at during my care as well! Thank you all!

The staff has always been professional, a bit short, but accommodating to me. Maybe as a nurse myself, I'm a bit more understanding of how overworked they are. The doc is great. And the view from the chair is unbeatable. Prices are right and based on income. Works for me!

The service here is not good, staff up front not very friendly.

They made my appointment saying that they have to schedule for every 3 months, but they called me to change it with no clear reason a week before this appointment and told me to wait for another 3 months(6 months total now). I agreed thinking it was gonna be only those 3 extra months. When the day for this appointment came, I got delayed for 15 minutes, they told me I was late and it was considered as No Show and based on the policy that I signed I was punished for 6 months. If we make our maths, I’m paying an annual fee for nothing.

I breathed and I decided to wait those 6 months. I received a call from one of them asking to set up an appointment because I was almost done from “my punishment”…. I agreed to have another appointment which was for this past May 6th. I showed 15 minutes before my appointment and they looked at me like I was some sort of an alien and told me that the doctor was OFF. I asked them why no one called me? Not even sent a reminder for the appointment or for the cancellation!!!!! This is insane and unacceptable. Guess what!! They gave another appointment for August 29th!! I hope the doctor can finally see me.

If someone knows who keeps the managing in this organization, because it’s clearly that someone needs to see how to handle the reservation department more efficiently, please let me know. Thanks.

The office staff is very unprofessional, poorly trained, unfriendly group. Filing insurance claims is another down fell. I have waited months for claims to be filed. I had to pay up front. Made many calls to replace incorrect billing.

best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Carol is very thorough and painless. Everyone from the receptionist, the assistants, and the wonderful lady who cleans your teeth are just great !!

If you can afford to go somewhere else, do it! These people are horrible. The office staff is clueless and Dr. Rameau is incompetent! Going here was a BIG mistake!
