If you are a woman of color and have suspected systemic lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or another Sjogrens family disease, I would avoid Dr. Kromo at all costs. Dr. Kromo subjected me to excessive and painful medical tests because there “was something off” about my systemic lupus presentation. Although Rituxan was efficacious treatment for me, Dr. Kromo pushed samples of Cosentyx (a biologic for psoriasis) and insisted she would not treat medication non adherent patients. I felt like I had no choice. After 6 weeks on Cosentyx, months, I discontinued due to acute pneumonia, seizures, and cognitive dysfunction. Members of my medical team were baffled by this choice of medication (it’s for psoriasis not lupus) and diagnosed a side effect listed: brain swelling (encephalitis).

Dr. Kromo denied that Cosentyx was the cause of these symptoms and said “it’s safe for pregnant women”. I never went back.

Everyone here is super pleasant, knowledgeable. Dr. Boucher is very patient, thorough, and exhibits everything a doctor should be. Thank you Dr. Boucher for listening to me and going from there. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mouriel Boucher! She is incredibly attentive and takes the time to listen to every symptom with genuine care. Her dedication to her patients is evident in everything she does. I feel very fortunate to have found her, as she is the only rheumatologist who correctly diagnosed me with the proper testing. I am so upset at the way this office has been running for the past few years. I have been a patient of Dr. Kromo for over 10 years, when i first started i would always have my consult with Dr Kromo herself, slowly i was passed on from one NP to another, now i have waited over 2 months for an appt, the call to cancel due to weather and are rescheduling me for December 5, if this is not pathetic i do not know what is. I have been without my meds for over 3 months,, because I already waited 2 months to get this appointment, and now they expect me to wait another 2 months, as if our pain and discomfort can be put on hold. I am so beyond upset, frustrated, and disappointed to say the least. To make matters worse every appointment i go to it is over 1 hour waiting time. So upsetting how it no longer matters having a relationship with the patient, it only matters billing the insurance.

The WORST medical office I've ever been to!
- Dr. Kromo will only see you for the very first appointment alongside her nurse practitioner. After the first appointment you will never see her again. Only the nurse will see you.
- I was supposed to see Dr.Kromo 3x this year and only got to see her once due to endless same-day cancellations on their end.

Complete waste of time and irresponsible to their patient. This is NOT a patient-caring facility.

Dr. Mouriel Boucher is wonderful. She took the time with me to actually listen, and diagnosed me correctly. She never rushes you, and takes her time to listen. The whole office is run top notch. I am very grateful I found her!

Excellent place, great location, kind and knowledgeable doctors easy to call to make appointments and even to get a call back from the NP or doctor. The staff is very friendly with the one exception of a lady at the front desk that seems like she hasn't had her morning coffee, just ignore her and move on. Doctor Cromo and Sophia are caring, thoughtful and thorough.
