This doctor has gone above and beyond to advocate for my mother on several occasions, even in the face of other medical personnel's ridicule and disrespect. This doctor fought for her, then took the extra time to find an error had been made on her medication. His instinct has been validated through another trusted Mercy doctor concurring that his reaction was correct. His passion should be applauded and he should be held in the high esteem he deserves.

He doesn't listen to what I tell him. He thought I had arthritis in my hand, when I know it broke it when I fell a month and half before I had the appointment. I asked for an X-Ray and instead of X-raying where I told him I felt pain he X-Rayed my wrist and found nothing, Well DUH!. That's not where I asked you to check. He just says "let's see here" 'let me see here" and comes up with nothing. I will be switching doctors soon.
