Price to high!
180 for a brow lamination and tint that will only last 6-8 weeks. I would suggest to go some where else. I expected her work to be much better for that price but ended up leaving with my eye brows to dark. I Asked for a ligher brow color since i typical dye my eye brows light brown since my hair is a
blonde color. she also left me with one eye brow trimed smaller then the other.

I did more research and most places average price from 75-110. And its a none refundable deposite if i had not given her that deposit i would of just gone somewhere else.

Hi im sorry for the confusion. I dont feel like there is anything that you can do to change my experience. I did like my brows when i left and i know you did suggest that i can trim on the other side. But i did feel like you rushed my brows even though i didnt mentioned that In the review. I did tell you several times that i didnt want my brows to be black or to dark since it doesnt match my hair. You did say my brows would lighten in 4 days but they are still dark. Overall, i am not satisfied because of the price and dont feel like the service and quality is worth the price i payed.

She was very nice and the studio is beautiful. But she told me two options, $450 for the brows that would last about a year maybe a bit longer and $750 for five years or longer. I chose the lesser cost one cause it was a Christmas gift and IF for whatever reason I wanted to change or didn’t like them, I didn’t want to have to wait five years or longer. She also asked for a $50 deposit which was fine.
I get to the studio, she doesn’t charge me upfront, confirm that we were doing the lesser cost, or really say anything relating. Two hours go by and my brows looked really good I was happy. Go to checkout and she tells me ok that’ll be $750. I was shocked and said what? No I booked the lesser cost one cause $750 is just too much. She repeatedly said she had in HER system booking the $750 one. So I was embarrassed and questioning myself. She said well since I really liked u I’ll do the “friends and family” discount so $550. I didn’t continue to argue at that I paid it and left. Not realizing she ALSO had my $50 deposit so, she got $600. Talked to my grandmother right after who said promptly NO we agreed to $450 and told me to go back. I did not so that’s on me.
Weeks go by and it’s time for my touch up and I NEED the touch up. The color has faded drastically which is normal, but it’s also uneven color wise in several spots and very noticeable unless I draw them on. The night before I had this itching feeling to make sure the touch up was included and I’m glad I did cause she said no, that’s another $150. At that point I was angry and argued with her. Technically, even if that’s actually the way she does business which in my opinion is wrong, either way I already paid that $150 when she overcharged me. She refused to fix them for the amount I already paid. My fault for not arguing harder that she messed up on HER end cause several people I told said no u went for the lesser cost one. So, she did me dirty. I also posted in a local moms group what had happened and SEVERAL people said it ain’t the first time she’s done something shady.
But now I’m stuck with half done brows that I paid $600 for which WAS NOT THE AGREED PRICE!!!

Vanessa is very thorough and meticulous in her work. Her shop is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. I’ve had my brows done 5 times previously by other shops and she is by far the best. I would very highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed!
