I am eternally grateful to the staff at this facility. Because of their caring, kind treatment, I am still alive. Because of these wonderful, patient people I regained the will to live.
Though my struggle continues, my perspective and actions are much more appropriate. I am happy for the first time in decades.
Thank you, Restpadd staff. Your guidance made the difference.

Thankful for this place!
2 stays, 2 great experiences. Not perfect but they have a good facility, good protocols, and an excellent staff. They brought me out of psychosis and gave me a safe place to shelter and wait out the internal storm. Truly, fellow patients are really what stands out. Getting to fight along side others enduring similar issues. For the most part the staff use good discretion on who they take in and it shows.
And the food, quality dishes far surpass any other hospital food I’ve had.
I fought to get out the 1’st time I was in mostly out of confusion.
The 2’nd time, I fought to get back in, realizing the treatment I needed. They embraced me and supplied me with a lot of the help and support I needed.

In 2015 when I was transported to restpadd from Burney ca the first few days I was there they had me on lithium they refused to take me off after I ask to be removed from it I discharged my self with out doctors permission after my 5150 was done . I walked into a clinic to have emergency blood work done I was so high on my levels I was being overdosed on lithium. I have never went back there cause I felt is all they wanted was my money and use my body as a test prospect and also when I first got there walked through the doors they sedated me I was being compliant and nice they sedated me and by witness they restrained me witch I remember waking up 2 days later 24hrs before my 5150 I was feeling like I was high on something and that's when 24hrs was up I discharged my self so I recommend do not ever go to this messed up place that will try to kill u
