I can’t say enough good things about Restora Medical! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless. They truly go above and beyond to make patients feel valued and comfortable.

The medical team is equally amazing. Dr. Watson took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, explain my options, and create a personalized treatment plan. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being and strives to provide top-notch care. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart.

The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, making every visit a positive experience. Whether you’re dealing with a specific medical issue or just need routine care, I highly recommend Restora Medical. They have truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful to have found such a fantastic practice!

Dr. Watson is the best doctor I have run across & I have talked to a LOT lately... He is super friendly & actually wants to help! Always on time and willing to listen - He does not treat you as a 2nd class citizen like a lot of doctors do. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Also the staff who answer the phone are always super nice as well which is also pretty rare.

Dr. Watson is good, but the administration poorly communicates with patients. They kept an appointment where they could not fulfill my needs. I asked for a blood draw only for iron at that location both in my appointment description and in-person and they told me to go to Quest. They misled me into thinking they didn’t have a phlebotomist then had no sympathy when I called them about it. They even forgot to send me a copy of the doctor’s order to get the test done at Quest. Don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected and treated like a number rather than a human being.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this doctors office. I booked an appointment online for the same day and was seen by the doctor even before my appointment time. They were extremely friendly to everyone who walked into the office and very organized. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone not happy with their current doctor. All these 5.0 star reviews cannot be a mistake. This place is the best 👌🏽.

The front office staff is great and friendly. I was seen on time for both appointments I’ve had. Dr. Watson is very nice and is a great listener. I felt like he understood my concerns and addressed them appropriately. This is the first time I feel comfortable speaking to a doctor about concerns and that was a very big deciding factor on whether or not I would stay as a patient. Minha was very personable when taking my vitals and informing me on the process. Overall I’m very happy with both of the visits I have had and definitely recommend this office.

Honestly was a little suspect of all the good reviews. I’ve never been to a Dr office that was consistently that good, to deserve 5 star reviews from what seems like everyone. But wow! This place is legit, it’s smaller office, and only has Dr Watson. But man that’s what I think makes it so good. He’s a doctor that does not make assumptions, does not act like he thinks he knows everything. He does actual diagnostics to figure out what’s is wrong and how to keep you healthy. He listens to you and if you understand medicine and what you need to be healthy he believes you and does what he can to make you feel heard. Best doctor and I feel fortunate to have found Dr Watson and this place. Even the office staff are top notch, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The number one thing for me when I visit the doctor is having a good relationship and not feeling like I’m being “talked at” — Dr. Watson is friendly and responsive, and will genuinely listen to concerns. The office staff, Jennifer and Nicole, are helpful and friendly. Would recommend this practice to anyone!
