DO NOT do business here! Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of other medical suppliers for CPAP machines. The woman who was in charge of submitting to insurance for authorization of CPAP is UNETHICAL rude and extremely unprofessional!
Here’s what happened …. I had called to inquire about the status of an order 6 days after the initial claim to insurance for authorization was made . This woman was snotty and said “ it’s pending review. “ I asked if she could contact insurance and she said “No,.it could take 2-3 weeks.” When i I initially spoke with her she said a week when she got the order…. She even told me she would submit as urgent… I questioned her saying why would you tell me a week and now you say 2-3 week? She then says “ I know what I am doing, don’t question me. “
At this point I am feeling mislead, and upset so I immediately called the insurance. They inform me authorization claim was NOT submitted as urgent . the kind and helpful insurance company employee expedited it to authorization department and that same day it was approved ! I then get a call from the doctors office saying Rest Easy needs them to fax orders… I was confused so I called Rest Easy to get clarification.
This is where the unethical practice part comes to play.., I called and the same NASTY lady tells me “ No I sent a redirect, I am not working with you anymore!” This was After Rest Easy received authorization to supply the equipment ! She maliciously sent a redirect( for a new supplier because she didn’t want to serve us) to my husbands doctors office without even calling us to inform us she was doing so. That’s evilness at its finest! She knew my husband needs this machine for his health and livelihood…
That’s why I gave one star but honestly it should be ZERO! If she is the owner I hope this review damages her business, if she is an employee I hope she gets fired ! She is evil to deny someone of life saving medical equipment!

I walk in amd the receptionist was on the phone. I waited almost 20 minutes to receive acknowledgement or paperwork. Once in office I waited another 20 minutes. The man who helped with my mask was late and rude. They didn't have the right size or style so he gave me an 8 yo mask in the wrong size.
Almost 2 hours due to all the waiting. I had a low blood sugar and told the man I needed to leave. He told me to sit down and finish his papers. Took 30 more minutes knowing I was diabetic with a low sugar. My pump kept alarming. Zero empathy in fact he seemed mad at me...Go anywhere but this place.
