I was worried about my grandpa being on his own in another state so I decided to try Response Home Care. I am so glad I did as it gives me peace of mind that my grandpa is safe and well cared for. I was assured that all caregivers are vetted and employed by Responsive as they’re a licensed home care agency. Everyone has been so kind. We’ve received great customer service, as well as consistency with staffing. My grandpa constantly praises the two caregivers that have been with him since the beginning. I highly recommend Responsive Home Care to any family that wishes to have safe and reliable care for their loved ones.

I am the Concierge from the WaterGarden Las Olas and I wanted to sincerely thank the team at Responsive Home Care. We recently had a resident who went to the hospital and was released with recommendations from the doctor to receive home health care. After doing some extensive research for the family, I came across Responsive Home Care which has been in business since 1994. Sean, their agent came to the building and met with the family. He took care of everything for them and made their lives easier. Since then, I have seen the caregiver and the resident in care walking throughout the building. It is the happiest I have seen the resident in a long time. The best part about this, to me, is that I get to keep him as a resident and that is what he wanted. He is happy here and did not want to move. Thank you so much for making this such an easy process for the family that does not live in the state of Florida.

In April we were faced with finding live-in care for my mother. Unfortunately we went with a registry not realizing the difference. After 2 months we knew it wasn't going to work out and began our search again. We found Responsive Home Care and it was the best thing we did! Because of our previous experience we wanted to interview Responsive before we moved forward with them. We met at their offices and Genevieve spent a lot of time going over their processes and listened to our concerns. We felt this was the right place to help us provide mother with the care she deserves by people who truly care about her. We were also given a tour of the offices and met the people who work in the offices. Genevieve then brought the care giver she thought would be a good match out to meet us and my mother. They spent a lot of time talking to mother and answering questions. They do routine unannounced drop ins to be sure everything is going well.
We hired them and now have 2 very loving, caring ladies (one 4 days a week and one 3 days a week) who live with mother. My mother loves them, she always has a smile on her face and is very happy.
Thank You Responsive Home Care for giving us peace of mind that my mother is well cared for and happy.
