Horrible service. No one picks up the phones. Takes days to get my supplies thus the 1. Spoke to Pam in billing very poor communication skills and talks down to customers. Been getting my CPAP supplies here for years. Never again. Run from this place. Getting a new referral from my insurance company. Retired veteran.

Have been getting oxygen from Respitec for almost 3 years, and it's a pleasure to deal with them. Office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today my delivery guy, Joshua, literally saved the day. Last night my oxygen concentrator they provide, broke down. Called their office this morning, knowing Thursday is the day they service my area. Didn't know if a delivery could be accomplished, or if it was too late. Was concerned I wouldn't be able to get one so soon, and be stuck without over the upcoming long weekend. Shouldn't have worried. Joshua came through with a replacement unit a few hours later; always the professional. Working with a dependable company makes all the difference! Highly recommend Respitec Medical!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received! If you need supplies and have a deductible you might be better off to get them on Amazon or med supply store.
I was quoted a wrong amount for the supplies but when tried to return them, Pam was very rude and denied accepting the supplies back.

Ordering through Respitec has one advantage, but many disadvantages. One great feature is they take insurance and direct bill insurance. But that requires getting an order in. Pickup of my CPAP was rushed, I was given zero options, and was provided a mask that was too small. To order via phone, most of the time nobody answers, and you’re given the option to leave your info and they will call back. I have never received a call back. They have an auto-payment option, but then forget to apply the payment. I was informed I had a past due balance that was 4 months old, but they never applied my payment on file.

It is very hard to get my refills and I keep on calling and no one answers on the refills line. what is going on here? I can see why they have such a low stars online. Oh and worst part last months order literally they gave the the wrong size refills if my mask is medium why do I need refills that are zise large? When my mask is a medium. It's the little things if I could give zero i would.

No option to go with less than one star forced to chose 1 star. I’ve purchased cpap machine in Orlando branch on March 13 till now May 16 haven't received my supplies for two months evenafter multiple phone calls and emails with the payment. My breathing issues has increased due to non-availability of new supplies. Could you anyone help me about where to file a complaint, thanks.

The staff and manager are extremely unprofessional. The bedside manner is awful. I went in to pick up a CPAP mask because my old mask did not work. Upon arriving, I was told that I needed to return my old machine to get the new one. I was never informed that prior. I waited for 2 hours in the lobby, to then be told this. I was given a form to sign that was a print out of all the interactions the staff has had with me since 9/5. I have never seen something like this before at any medical practice. I called to file a complaint today, then the manager told me that her staff had to place me in a separate room yesterday because I was disrupting the patients in the lobby. I explained that I waiting for 2 hours and at no point in my wait, did I ever become combative. I’m not a combative person and I don’t appreciate anyone raising false accusations about me. Perhaps she confused me with someone else. I do not recommend this office at all. I see the poor reviews and see this office is poorly ran and unprofessional.
