The most brilliant and professional medical help I have had to date. I had knee pain from a torn meniscus and patella tendon that had been ongoing for a few months so I decided to visit Josh to have a look over things. Throughout the twelve week program, Josh has been very thorough and precise. His knowledge is top tier and he knows exactly what to do and when to do it. Due to this, at the 11 week mark, my pain had gone and my strength was back. The facility has everything you would need with a few nice extras. Got to give love to the coffee machine, too. I’ll be recommending Josh to anybody that needs him!

I cannot recommend Dr. Cabrera highly enough. After a serious injury 4.5 years ago and 2 surgeries a year apart, I had to relearn how to walk. Despite attending physical therapy up to three times a week, I continued to struggle with significant pain and unpredictable limitations. By August 2024 four years post-accident, I was still finding it difficult to walk even short distances, like the hallways at my child's parent-teacher conference.

From my very first phone consultation with Dr. Cabrera, I knew he was different. In our first in-person session, it was clear that I was not only going to receive expert treatment but also invaluable education to support my lifelong healing journey. By our second session, I could already feel a difference.

What impressed me most was his ability to tailor each session to exactly what I needed at that moment. He didn't follow a rigid, preplanned approach each time I came in. I would describe my struggles from the week, and he would immediately assess and pinpoint the root cause. His deep understanding of the body and movement allowed him to address issues on the spot, providing immediate relief and long-term solutions.

Dr. Cabrera didn't just help me improve my mobility, he empowered me with the knowledge to understand my own body. I now recognize what discomfort, weakness, and limited mobility truly mean, and more importantly, I know how to address them. Thanks to his guidance, I can confidently work toward long-term progress.

Every session, every dollar, and every moment spent with Dr. Cabrera has been an investment in my future well-being, far beyond the 10 sessions we had together. I have now opted to continue with him on a monthly basis, moving from physical therapy to physical fitness. It's time to rebuilding my overall health, endurance, strength and flexibility (ok.... so really to continue to pick his brain!)

Josh has been an absolute God send! After going to doctor after doctor trying to find relief from my rheumatoid arthritis, I came across Josh. At first I was skeptical, because I have never been to a physical therapist before and couldn’t see the benefit. After just my first session with Josh, was completely blown away and immediately felt the benefits. I’ve been with Josh now for 2-3 months and My pain has been at an all time low and the most managed it’s ever been. He really takes the time to learn why you’re in pain and knows so many ways to treat each area of the body if you are limited with traditional methods. I am no longer taking pain medication daily and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Josh and his company for any and all of your physical therapy needs.
