I went to Dr. Lall to get a general check up and to get bloodwork done regarding a issue with my Thyroid. They promised to call regarding follow up if they found that I was suffering from some kind of thyroid condition. I never received a call. Months later and my health issues were worse. I saw a specialist and despite not looking for a thyroid condition, took my bloodwork and let me know that my initial suspicion was correct. They then looked at the bloodwork taken for Dr. Lall and discovered the markers where even higher from that appointment. When I called Dr. Lall's office back, they seemed contrite and I went in for an appointment. I waited close to an hour for my appointment, and when I was finally brought back to her office, I sat there alone for another twenty minutes before I just left. I never received a call back or an apology. I do not recommend this doctor. From what I can tell the whole operation is sloppy and they don't really care for the patients.
