They are generally quick to come to your home if there is a problem. You can't have the chair tilted to any degree and move forward. When i sit straight up, the pressure on my hips is almost unbearable and so I don't use it to go to the park two blocks away. I wish it could be tilted just a tad, because I have trouble with the foot rest dragging. I wish it came with a how-to manual because I forget how to do something between being shown and needing to do that maneuver .
It's very well made, I just wish it would fit thru my narrow bedroom doorway. When they measure your doorway to see if it will fit, make sure that the door will open flush to 180°. Mine doesn't and so the door itself blocks an inch or so of the actual opening and my chair won't make it thru.
