Dr Schutt-Aine is awesome plus his Nurse Christina they both deserve a 5 star, but The staff that does referrals, insurance, billing or obtain other medical records need to be retrained and stop blaming the front office Receptionist or making excuses when they dont do their jobs. The front office are always friendly and eager to help all of them but Amanda went above and beyond to help with my problem today (they should get a 5 star). I broke my back 6 weeks ago and have yet to obtain a referral for a 2nd and 3rd opinion, so I'm gonna sit here until I get one in my hand, so I can go back to Baptist Health care of Jacksonville. It will be worth the 2 hour drive to get a Nuerosurgeon that not only cares but is highly looked at in the State of Florida.

Patient, compassionate, understanding. Has been my doctor for over 5 yrs. He listen to your needs and make sure they are met. Never have I had to question his decision. Great work Dr. Schutt-ainne you’re best.
