🤩Where do I began! First off Lindsey & Carlos has changed my life! Lindsy and Carlos are the most beautiful couple you will ever meet they make you feel like family and TRULY care about helping you become your absolute BEST Self! 💖 I started my health care journey back in February 2025. It has been the best decision of my life to have met Lindsy and Carlos for them to share and educate their knowledge to me on health. Went I first came to them I was a mess falling apart overweight not feeling well all the time, no energy always tried, sluggish being mom of 3 littles all under the age of 3 at the time. I wanted a better me to be healthy for them a healthy mom to keep up with them. To set that example for them. A mom they can be proud of! I was nervous to start I needed help and didn’t know where to start where to begin scared from my past doctors that I had seen in the past that never helped me! My body was crying for help! Lindsay and Carlos are heaven sent! We started with my thyroid and so much more to make me a healthier me. I feel absolutely amazing inside and out now. I am so happy that I found this clinic over 10 months ago. I am post menopausal age with the typical aches and pains, night sweats, low libido and anxiety. After having my initial consultation with Lindsey she was reassuring, compassionate and truly understanding of my personal struggles with hormonal imbalances. When I came to Lindsy, I was postpartum after having two beautiful babies back-to-back and undergoing fertility treatments with my first pregnancy. I had always struggled with my hormonal health and weight management so I figured that it was a hopeless cause. But then I found Regener8 and Lindsy. She was so incredibly down to earth and listened to every concern that I had about my health, including the ones that had been dismissed all of my life. She left no stone unturned with my low libido, significant mood swings, fatigue, brain fog, and difficulty losing weight.
