Reflections is a step above the rest when it comes to residential treatment. A true dual diagnosis treatment facility with amazing staff that truly cares about you and your situation. The amount of attention and individual care that you receive here is something I haven’t seen with other residential programs. Lot’s of 1 on 1 individual therapy. The staff is amazing and takes the time to really understand your situation. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, with lots of space to relax comfortably. The pool & hot tub are the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Food here is on another level! Delicious and healthy meals prepared by the chef and will make you question whether you’re in a five star restaurant. If you’re looking to get your life back on track and find a better way of living, give them a call. Finding the right place for you or a loved one can be daunting, but I assure you this place is amazing. You might get your life back, but my experience is that you’ll get a better one than you had before.

I’ve been meaning to write a review in gratitude of this home away home since I left not even a month ago though it feels like much longer. First off; if you or someone you love is seeking help/care you will not find a better program anywhere in my opinion. If you have any reservations, doubts, fears; put them all aside and allow theses beautiful people to care for you. They supported me in my most vulnerable state and regardless of how trying it became and much I felt I was weighing upon them they handled it all with grace and respect. The most difficult part was leaving, and I think that says it all. Thank you all so much for the opportunity you gave me and though all of you deserve my undying gratitude I just want to give a specail thanks to John, Ollie, Louise, Leo, Isa, Steven, Joseph, Richard, Irma, Elise, and Sherea. I've seen first hand for the last 6 years the amazing work Reflections does as a dual diagnosis rehab. They have multiple facilities that have integrated programs that address both SUD and mental health issues concurrently, PhD qualified Staff, individualized treatment plans, intimate groups with a large amount of 1:1 sessions, continuum of care starts on admission, fully engaged medical staff & family involvement. Most of the Clients upon discharge all say the same thing " You saved my life" You will have to work hard and face the demons that lead you here to begin with but all of your hard work will pay off in the end. If you want Recovery and a bright future, this is the place for you.

This place truly saved my life and saved my family. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, Directors, Owner and Therapists. They make you feel human, at home and go through addiction with you in a way that is palatable and makes a world of difference. They focus on trauma, specialize all your therapy to your particular needs and have the biggest hearts of any people I’ve ever met. This place is bar none the best most tailored and luxurious places to get clean but the material they have you get into will change your perspective for a lifetime. I will forever love everyone who was working here when I came in. They all played a part in changing my perspective and keeping me clean.

My experience at Reflections was profoundly healing and restorative.

From the moment I checked in, I was surrounded by folks who obviously cared about my recovery, including the Clinical Director himself, the amazing therapeutic staff, the program assistants, the attentive nurses, and even the chefs who prepared our delicious, healthy meals. Every one of these folks invested personally in my journey back to wellness and, by the end of treatment, I counted them all as dear friends. I am now six months out of treatment and my new life is a miracle that I never thought possible.

Let me offer a few well-deserved accolades . . .

First, the educational program itself is outstanding. I received in-depth information on a wide range of subjects, but most importantly about the disease processes (including the neurophysiology) of addiction, which helped me understand exactly (i) why I had been so profoundly affected by my substance of choice and (ii) how to use this knowledge to build a comprehensive, concrete, evidence-based life plan for long-term recovery. It was profound.

Second, the clinical program is highly effective. In addition to bi-weekly meetings with the Clinical Director, each of the residents is assigned (i) a personal therapist to assist in identifying and addressing the deeper, emotional aspects of our addictions and (ii) an amazing relapse prevention expert who helps the residents design practical, personalized plans (also evidence-based) to avoid future debilitating relapses. I still look at my own plan every week. All of this work fits hand in glove with the educational curriculum I describe above.

Third, all of this takes place in beautiful surroundings that facilitate close bonds among the handful of residents (usually 5 or 6) in treatment. We had many powerful group sessions, fabulous shared meals, outside activities (including recovery-based meetings), art and music therapy, yoga, and plenty of time to hang in the common area playing cards, watching movies, or just talking about our lives. We shared these valuable informal times with a number of trained program assistants who were available to share their own personal recovery experiences and offer personal encouragement.

Fourth, the amenities are outstanding. Outdoor covered fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub, bobcats that prowl the hillside at night, comfortable private rooms with desks and plenty of closet space, and great food. Unlike many other treatment facilities, at Reflections you get to keep your computer and phone with you during your stay. I felt a little spoiled by it all.

Finally, Reflections has a great after-care program to help graduating residents shift back into the real world. I spent the ten weeks following treatment in Reflections' remarkable IOP program, which meets three days per week. This allowed me to take continued advantage of Reflections' recovery support while transitioning back to work. The clinical director of IOP is a fabulous guy who offers great, practical support during that transition. He also runs a weekly Zoom-based alumni meeting that's available to all graduates.

What more can I say? I entered Reflections in pretty rough shape, and I emerged from the program confident in my own recovery, physically and mentally sharp, and super optimistic about the future. It is a lot of work but, if you are willing to work hard and take your recovery seriously, I cannot imagine a better place than Reflections to launch your new life.

If you are thinking about getting help for any substance abuse issues then this is the place to go. I had the privilege of spending 34 days with the amazing staff here. The nursing staff is as good as it gets! The counselors and Dr Worden as well as the PAs all pretty much have saved my life! The things I learned about myself and the tools i have now to deal with life again are priceless! Ive been in treatment multiple times and this is By Far The best you will ever find! They saved my marriage and so much more! Take back your life and start living again! I can never thank these guys enough for what theyve done for my family and myself!!
