Very nice people and very helpful. I had to cancel a hospital bed rental spur of the moment due to my surgery being cancelled at tge last minute & they were very kind about it, not charging me. Would recommend to anyone.

We rented a hospital bed for two months. Not only was the bed comfortable ( much improvement over the bed Medicare provided) the price was more than reasonable. The people that run/own this business were so wonderful too.

Super friendly and compassionate staff. I needed to rent a hoyer lift STAT. I called in to inquire, the gal gave me the info I needed as to what was available. It was ready and waiting when I arrived 20 minutes later. She even gave me a break on the fee. Great experience.

I love the caring, personal service and expertise of staff. We have gotten a cane and a walker for my tiny 93-year old Mom; fittings are performed patiently and with kindness. Accessories are discussed for suitability; staff never hesitates to recommend the least costly--or let you know you don't really need an item. When the walker needed a mechanical adjustment, it was done with a smile and at no charge. We'll be in the market for a wheelchair soon, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

INCREDIBLE customer service. I called at 5:55, with the store closing at 6:00pm. I was the Mother of the Bride from out of the area, heading to the remote destination wedding site when I learned the Grandmother of the Groom had arrived from FL...without her wheelchair! In a panic, I surfed the web and pleaded my case. They offered to wait for me, 30 min. past their closing time, to help me in this emergency situation. They welcomed me warmly, and even helped me load the chair into my SUV. I can't recommend this team highly enough. Service with a platinum plated, diamond encrusted...SMILE!!! Extraordinary 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

During the first night of the Santa Rosa fires, I evacuated my sister from her house 1/2 block from a mandatory evacuation zone. My sister is 100% dependent on her motorized wheelchair, and her assistants rely on a ceiling track hoist system in her house to navigate from bed to chair to toilet and shower. During the first couple of nights of evacuation, we needed to rely on person power to do the transfers, which was very difficult. A friend did research for a Hoyer lift and found Redwood Empire Medical Supply. They offered to "rent" one to us at no charge. We ended up keeping it for 7 nights. I thought something was wrong with the first one, but really it was operator error--hopefully due to my stressed and sleep-deprived brain! Both times I went in (to pick up the first lift and then the replacement lift), I arrived right before they were due to close. Their patience, efficiency and compassion are exemplary. The generosity of not charging fire victims is amazing. They are the epitome of good community members and we are so grateful!

This is a small business and they deliver personal care. Once my family member went on hospice they would not take a payment for the DME they supplied me with. Their compassion is commendable and deserves to be publically recognized. My experience with them was excellent, I will use them again in the future and I recommend them highly.
