If you love to wait extreme amounts of time to be seen, this is the place for you. Time management is NOT a thing here. Making an appointment is completely pointless, they’ll have you waiting 1-1.15 past the scheduled time. I’ll be looking into a new primary care provider after this appointment. Ridiculous!

Dr Reddy is so careless about patients, she doesn’t have a good management. U have to wait for a month to schedule your appointment. If your appointment is at 10 am she would come to your room at 12:30 because she scheduling too many patients in one day and she not able to handle them all. Her scheduling systems is a mess. She needs to improve her system.

Dr. Reddy is very rude to her patients and her staff. Wouldn’t recommend this urgent care at all.

Impossible to see the doctor. I called several times and left voicemails but the office never called me back. Went in person to the office to try and schedule an appointment and they had a sign that said they closed early. According to the other reviews, the office seems to close outside of posted hours very often. Pretty sure this medical place doesn't care if people don't get needed treatment.

It's never open! This is probably the 5th time I've tried going here before 5pm and it's always closed. Why?! Just change your effing hours to 10am-3pm.

Update: the ONLY doctor they have here doesn't see children. Only 18 and over. So it's awesome that my 2, 6, and 7 year olds are assigned to this urgent care. 😒

This place is not an urgent care, and should not be listed as one. Upon bringing someone here, the front desk informed me that the doctor only accepts appointments. This place should be listed as a private practice / doctor's office. Go to Elk Grove Urgent Care if you need urgent care services.

Based on my own experience with the front desk staff, they were kind and professional, which is why I gave them an additional star.

Very disappointed today.☹️ I had to go to Elk Grove Urgent care last Monday for sever abdomen pain. They told me to follow up with my primary doctor because, believe it or not, they could not figure out what was wrong. I was given a shot for the pain and sent home. I was scheduled to see my doctor today October 6, 2020. I received a call on the 5th, saying my appointment was cancelled. I went in anyway. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, but it was cancelled. Then I saw my doctor and she said, I just saw you 2 weeks ago. I told her about me having to go to Elk Grove Urgent Care and that I was still having abdominal pain. She was very nonchalant about it and responded she would refer me to someone who could help. I was pleased with that response but I felt as if she didn't have time for me or she didn't want to be bothered. I have never felt as if my doctor didn't care or that I was not worth her time, but today I felt as if she really didn't care. I have always rated her a 10, but for some reason today I felt like I was not important. If I am wrong and I was just in my feelings, when I return in November I will update this post. I am temporarily disabled and submitted my disability claim to Dr. Reddy's office. They will only process a physical form for claims and now I see why. They will scam you out of $25 to process it. I see it's not illegal, but definitely sad and ridiculous. I was never informed of this fee.My income is limited. I had a great first experience here.This changes alot.
