An absolutely rejuvenating experience! The cold plunge and sauna leave you feeling refreshed, while the variety of à la carte treatments let you personalize your visit. The ambiance is serene, and the staff is professional—truly top-notch! Redding has needed a place like this for years!

We were able to rent this venue for a private family event & had an amazing time! Excellent communication and service from owner/management. After having the opportunity to utilize all of the equipment/services I plan on bringing my staff back for a team-building event & want to sign up for a monthly membership. I finally got the opportunity to check out Revive and Restore and it was just that. I needed some quality restorative down time. Shane was great and communicated from start to finish. He even gave me an extra hour on the house, which allowed me an opportunity to try out all the equipment. Thanks again for a great experience! I definitely will be back.

Had an amazing session with Shane. He skillfully used a variety of modalities that aided in circulation, fascia release and more. I experienced progressive pain relief 48-72 hours after the session. Such a relief!
The new building is spacious and taste fully decorated. I highly recommend the services offered by Revive and Rejuvenate.

Amazing atmosphere and body recovery essentials! Sauna / cold plunge recovery is a must! After not having a hard work out and moving muscles I haven’t touched since before getting pregnant, I had no soreness after a sauna cold plunge recovery session! Right after my workout I went to my recovery session and my body is so thankful I did that, and I’m so thankful I did that! Every one should do that!

It’s been a couple months since my first and only one on one appointment with Shane and I am still feeling revived and restored! Shane is a true expert! His work on my back and body relieved pain and tightness I have dealt with for years. He utilizes a repertoire of techniques like compression therapy, cupping and scraping, a sauna, red light therapy and a cold plunge. Not only does he do the work he teaches you along the way. Shane’s super knowledgeable and the work he did for me was invaluable! I’m so happy we have such an amazing place like this in Redding.

My wife and I had the opportunity to have Shane's space to ourselves. The vibe and atmosphere of the area to be able to work on resting and recovering from the daily/weekly grind was perfect. I Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good date for you and your significant other, and to re-charge your internal batteries with the necessary privacy to not worry about any distractions. Sundays definitely book for the private space!
