I have had a challenging experience with this office. Over several months, I encountered significant issues with communication and follow-through. Calls often went unanswered, and referrals were not faxed as promised unless I was physically present to ensure they were sent. There was even an instance where I was assured that my referral had been faxed, only to discover it had not been done.

Additionally, there was a serious breach of privacy when I received my procedure information printed on the back of another patient’s paperwork, exposing their personal details. Due to this, I have filed a HIPAA complaint.

The administrative staff, particularly the regular desk workers, seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. On one visit, I found one of the employees reclining on a couch, talking on her cellphone when I entered the office. She quickly tried to appear more professional upon seeing me.

Dr. Singh, though potentially skilled, did not meet my expectations. He arrived late to my procedure and asked questions that did not seem relevant or show an understanding of my situation. Overall, my experience with this office has been disappointing.

They never the phone. The staff was short with me, not seeming to be interested in me as a patient. I had to physically go to the office to get a reply to my urgent request to get a colonoscopy as quick as possible, per my Dr.s orders since my case looked dire. When I went in to get a status on the request, I was informed by the front counter staff that Dr. Singh canceled my upcoming appointment and dropped me as a patient. It was so sudden it shocked and devastated me. Someone that callous should not be practicing medicine.

The Staff is competent, compassionate, professional and friendly. The office is peaceful, orderly, sanitary and considerate of patients and their awaiting support members. Dr Singh is amazing! I'm so grateful to have Dr Singh. The front office staff are very professional and accommodating.
The nursing staff even engaged in pleasant conversation while I waited in preop and also recommended healthy restaurants options for us while we are in town. They were all quite thoughtful and very thorough. I could tell they were genuine in their concern for my medical condition, as well as for the other patients. It is worth the 6 hour drive we make. They did call the next day to check on us after our procedure as well. Thank you so much.

Dr. Singh is such a caring doctor. I was amazed that he came to talk to me before and after procedure. Would love him to be a family doctor. Best in town. And, his staff has followed in his footsteps and are also so caring and professional. Thank you all for the awesome care you provided.

Never once called me. Booked a hospital that my insurance would not pay for, then changed the place and did not call me to let me know. I spent the morning of surgery calling his office with no response. Finally called the hospital to find out surgery was canceled. Still no call from them
