From making the appointment for a procedure to walking out the door after the procedure, my experience was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were kind and patient. The nurses who did the intake, IV were nothing but smiles and thorough. Dr. Danuka, the anesthesiologist and his surgical team were exceptional. The nurses who discharged you were kind and gentle. The prep room runs smoothly and efficiently. If you need a procedure done I would highly recommend Redding Endoscopy and Dr. Danuka's team, or any one of the other doctors there.

I was very impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of all the staff at Redding Endoscopy Center! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Every aspect of the procedure went very smoothly. We are very fortunate to have such an impressive medical facility here in Redding that treats you with dignity and respect.

They were very quick to get me in but I found out the day of the procedure that the time I had been told the week before and day before for check-in wasn't my check-in time (I did not receive any confirmation link on expected check-in time) so that was fun.
Something must have happened because even though I was an hour early for check-in, my procedure was still almost 2 hours (after the check-in time they had for me; but 3 hours after I showed up) before I was called back for prep.
That being said, staff was amazing and quick to answer questions. They were also patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was warm (their warm blankets put the hospitals to shame lol).
If I have to have another procedure here I'll just remember to bring a book, get cozy, and have snacks in the car when I can eat again.

They made my procedure very easy. The nurses work quickly and the Dr was very friendly and made me feel safe. Easiest experience I've had.

Everyone was very professional, but they were extremely nice and welcoming at the same time. My procedure went well and I had the results of that procedure directly after I came out of anesthesia. I was treated very good through the entire appointment, start to finish.

Everyone was nice and the facility was clean and professional. Only issue was with lady that put in the needle for IV. She was harsh and dug around in my veins. Leaving a huge bruise. She also said I must be really sensitive and tried to shame me a bit for saying it hurt.

Between myself and my family we have had 3 exams here and they have all been very good. You can tell that everyone cares about the patients.

Was fine in my opinion. Long wait but if you have ever gone to any appointments this thing happens. Warmed blankets if you want. Nurse talks to you, then the anesthesiologist, then the doctor. Then you wake up wondering when it’s going to happen but it’s already done.
