The service we received from Ready Care Home Health was amazing. Our nurse was warm, knowledgeable and caring. She made booking super easy and was flexible with our schedule. She arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with - an absolute angel. We were in South Florida on vacation with my elderly mother and could not have been there without the capable, kind and caring service we received from Ready Care. I give them a 5 star rating and highly recommend them!!

My experience with Diane Saketkhou was beyond any customer service I've ever received. When it comes to my mother and her care the hardest thing is how to navigate your way. It is all new to us. Diane walked us through all the steps. She did so in the most kind, caring and compassionate way possible. It is so apparent that she loves what she does and is extremely good at it. We feel with her guidance we will find the best possible care for our mother.

This Home Health Care Agency is amazing starting with Christy who has always been available night and day and has assisted me in learning about social services that my mother might qualify for. The professionalism, care, interest in their patients, expertise, positive and timely interactions has been above and beyond what I have experienced in working with other agencies the last 3 years for my 96 year old mother. Felix the physical therapist has been a blessing working with my mother. He truly cares about his patients, has patience, and has been a shoulder for me to lean on as my mother's condition has deteriorated. Kathy the nurse has been a wealth of information, ensuring my mother is stable. Mary the scheduler has coordinated services and appointments very professionally. I can't say enough about all of these wonderful people I have interacted with to coordinate my mother's healthcare needs. I am extremely grateful for all of their expertise, care, attention to my mother's needs. They have been the best home health care agency I have worked with by far. THANK YOU!

So far they have been able to provide services and have demonstrated responsivity to need of patients in conjunction with health care professionals and regulatory bodies. They show up in a timely manner, provide appropriate care, and engage in problem solving due to current needs of patients. Overall great work.

I used the Broward office and the therapist Manuel is fantastic and most professional
The office staff and administrators are awful and not accommodating at all
