At first I was impressed, I had a procedure that seemed to fix my neck issues, only to find out a little over 2 months later that an MRI should have been done and would have revealed a much more significant issue. I am scheduled for surgery next week and not with them. If you want to go through life masking and managing pain, you found the right place. I do not recommend this establishment.

They make you fill many pages of information and then disregard them. The assistant ask infinite questions and then don't follow up. The Dr. requests complex tests (MRI) and physical therapy sessions for a month before treatment. Treatment is then injections. Very disappointing! I missed good clinical evaluation of a highly qualified professional. More interested in making money is the feeling.

Great place... l was in and out in an hour. One day later l am moving better than l have in 2 years. Dr. Ramos is my hero!! Staff is light hearted and puts you at ease. Thank you all!

Very Dissatisfied with visit. Scheduled to see New doctor After a 45 minute wait we were shown to a room. Informed that I would see the PA and not Dr After waiting another 15 minutes, PA came in and introduced yourself No apology for the wait PA wanted to change existing treatment plan
She never examined me !!! I have always had wonderful care at Ramos clinics, but I left totally dissatisfied this time OK. Thankyou

This place is HORRIBLE ! I had three neck injections at the time of the procedure they tell you make sure you call back within 1hour after the injection to they don’t pick up there phone they don’t call you back for follow ups they set appointments without the patient’s consent they bill you for no show called them over 5times to cancel and Appointment That I NEVER MADE !! Scam ALL AROUND!! My neck is WORSE THAN BEFORE I STARTED WITH THIS sharks BE AWARE
