The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dr. Ramer is a great eye doctor and saw the whole family at one time. It was truly a amazing experience and they are very experienced in eye care. Everyone went out of their way to make us all feel at ease!! Would recommend ?!!

Everyone is so pleasant in the office! Dr Ramer is great! My rx is difficult and he got it right away. They have equipment to scan the eye rather than dilate it. This is much nicer for the patient and gives a better view of the inside structure of the eye for the Dr. The staff is knowledgeable. The front desk understood insurance coverage and recommended the best way for insurance to cover contacts, frames, and lens to save me money. Contact lens pricing is competitive to online pricing. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. Exam was on time and quick and efficient. I learned a couple things about my vision that I hadn't been told before. Bought new frames there too. I think they were competitively priced but I would have liked a little more selection. Our gps mapping system didn't really seem to know how to get there exactly. I would GOOGLE it.

I've been going to raymer for 3 1/2 years, and enjoyed getting to know Dr Ramer and staff. Thought them very accommodating until today. In April I had an appointment with them. Came down with covid canceled my appointment the day before. Call to reschedule, and they said I had canceled five times with them (which was a lie, I've seen them one time a year for 3 years). Not sure where they came up with the numbers of 5 cancellations, unless they're confusing me with someone else....I guess I could have went on and gave them covid.
