My husband and I went to this office for years cause we liked the doctor but dreaded having to deal with the office . Our final straw was when my husband needed paper work filled out and the office kept giving us the run around. after a week of waiting my husband showed up in person and the doctor accused us harassing the office .. we called every other day asking for the status of the paper work because the office told us the doctor would be in that afternoon and they would call us , but they never did. After she defended her staff before even hearing the lies they told us , we decided it was time to take our business elsewhere. I checked Yelp and Google & all have low reviews for the same reasons .

Oh and be ready to have your appointment changed consistently , again, we dealt with her flaws cause we liked her , but this office truly sucks .

Don’t bother wasting your health here, I went to this person for a Primary Care… she isn’t someone I would recommend to anyone as she doesn’t even know how to take a reasonable BP. After she disagreed with what I chose for my care, it is MY body, not hers, she had a fit! Literally! Talking in circles, tossing her head about , being extremely disrespectful, then wanted to take my BP which was now really high! She then said I was going to have a heart attack if I don’t listen to her. BP high because of her acting like a B! Taken at home, BP always normal. The waiting room was backed up over an hr.late and the doctor answered a personal phone call from her hubby amounting to some BS picture he sent her…she is really a disgrace for a doctor.

Gave 1 star cause you have to choose 1 but this Dr. Deserves 0 stars. Don’t waste your time to get a first time appointment. 3 times they called to tell me that they had to reschedule because the Dr. was going to be out of town and each time the appointment got pushed 3 months away. I don’t know why they just couldn’t say that Dr. Perez wasn’t taking new patients. Thankfully after the 2nd time I reached out to an amazing practice that I’m happy with. I kept my 3 scheduled appointment with Dr. Perez to see if they would follow through or cancel. To no surprise they called to cancel again! This would have put me out 9 months of useless appointment making. I’ve already seen my new Dr. and happy about my decision to not wait around for an unprofessional practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Perez since roughly 2008. She has always listened carefully to my concerns. She's professional, kind, and thorough. Its a small office with only 2 or 3 patient rooms but the wait is not usually long. That's a testament to the office staff efficiency and their time management. Dr. Perez is a good doctor and I hope she will be my life long doctor.

I’ve been to several doctors and she has been the Best I’ve been to. Her and her staff go above and beyond to assist in anyway possible. Dr. Perez, and her Staff are amazing, very direct , extremely patient, most helpful and so caring. She herself as busy as a Doctor is takes the time to do follow ups, her staff make sure that you are taken care of whether it is being referred to a specialist or making sure the medication gets sent and filled properly. Dr. Perez, she has proven multiple times that her primary focus is my well-being. Again She’s direct and to the point and her staff are as well, but They Are All Tough Because They CARE!!!! I’ll say it again I’ve been to many doctors for various reasons and Dr. Perez and her office staff are rare to find.

Terrible MD office overall, doctor Raiza never followed up on blood test results or returned calls. had to seek another MD to review test results after 4 weeks of waiting.

Too bad they don’t let you leave because negative star ratings. I moved to Miami in 2020, and on my sister‘s recommendation, made an appointment with Raiza Perez.
I just cannot bring myself to use the title “doctor” because I have never experienced such a disorganized, unprofessional practice. She has had a receptionist cancel and postpone my appt. a minimum of three times—maybe four—the last one being today. The only shabby excuse is that the doctor won’t be in.
I have never in my 64 years of life experienced such shoddy treatment, nor have I ever had to post a review on Google Perhaps Ms. Perez needs to remind herself that other people/professionals have jobs, responsibilities, and lives, and that as a doctor, she’s expected to behave like one. Perhaps she should also be reminded that if she cannot KEEP appointments, she should not TAKE appointments. This sloppy behavior is staggering.
