CHOOSE ANY OTHER PHARMACY!
Very rude when they waste your time saying your medications were PA approved and ready to go, then you get there, and it’s not… and and instead of being polite and apologizing, as they should being a business… instead their staff argues back saying THEY wasted THEIR time That’s their job. To help you, the customer. To figure out the insurance as that’s what they are getting paid for. Instead they are just plain rude and apparently, it’s allowed. Teach your employees customer service etiquette, and Be an adult with some customer service knowledge and simply apologize for YOUR mistake. If you want to be treated like you’re “just another person “ and they have better things to do and you’re “wasting their time” by all means, choose this pharmacy. If you want to be treated with respect and an appreciated customer, go anywhere else. I will definitely be finding a new pharmacy!

This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to! They are always welcoming and go out of their way to be as helpful as they can! I use to go to Walgreens and they made me feel unwelcome and like I was a number they just didn’t want to deal with and would never do anything out of their way to help! Before that was some decent pharmacies when I lived in TN but no pharmacy compares to this one! Very friendly and helpful! Thank you guys.

I started coming to this pharmacy 2 months ago. They are hostile every time I come here. I feel unwelcome, and almost as if I don’t belong. The staff stares at me like I’m a criminal or something, and makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m new to the area and they had good reviews, which is why I chose them. I will be switching pharmacies. They seem to be nice to the locals, so maybe if your from out of town, don’t go here.

Amazing people work here! The pharmacist is very caring and he takes the time to find coupons for your meds when you reach the doughnut whole! Am new to the area and use to be very skeptical, but their actions put me at ease every time! Am very grateful and i so appreciate the fact that they take the extra mile to not only accommodate my needs but to help me beyond a pharmacist line of duty! I strongly recommend them to any one that needs the good old style of pharmacists, who use their heart not only their brain! So rare this days!!!

Good pharmacy, nice helpful staff Allison always has a smile. Easy in easy out location. They only compound certain days of the week, so make sure to get your prescription in on time. Give them a try if you live in the Rainsville area.
