Dr. Chau and her staff are very professional and courteous. I come often for the line of work I am is harsh on my back. Every time the masseuse is wonderful and addresses the concerned area. Dr. Chau is a miracle worker with her adjustments as well. Lastly I love how I never have to wait, there is never a crowd of people, and the price is right.

Terrible experience. They took my money for a 1 hour message and did not provide the service. I had to call two times the next day until the owner promised to refund me. Who knows if I will be. The therapist was going to charge me a late fee as well. Outrageous rip off and rude. Be careful here.

DO NOT COME HERE.
the "doctor" is rude, socially awkward, and does not know what she is doing. I came in with back pain and left in worse condition. went to a different chiropractor in Redlands and was told they receive many patients who complain about their past experience with Rainbow Chiro.
Again, avoid this establishment, as there are many other more qualified chiropractors to choose from in the surrounding area and cities.

Called and was able to go in right away. Kim was my therapist and she was amazing! Down to earth checking in throughout my massage to make sure I was doing ok. Chiropractor snaps did me well. I feel much better after today.

I loved the pre massage. The waterbed was okay and all but the hands on massage with the cupping was awesome and then I got adjusted afterwards and I didn't get popped in this one area like I wanted at first then I asked her if she can do a special move adjustment in that particular spot because it was really numbing and dull for me all the time and it was causing me major anxiety and panic attacks with what I was going through in thar spot, so this lady went ahead and redid my cervical spine area a certain way that was really crazy but it worked and she got that particular area and bone I needed finally and thankfully. I am grateful i didnt get turned down and told to go home after the first try but she layed me back down and retried it and it worked amazingly, I needed it so bad, She was super cool for going ahead and redoing me, most chiropractors won't do it a second time. She did for me, excalty what I needed and wanted! I will differently want her again and recommend this place!

Unbelievable customer service from the moment I walk in the door. The ambiance is very refreshing, relaxing, soothing and comfortable. Every time, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Elvia. She is just so knowledgeable and eager to help in any way she can. She set me up with the best therapists. I've been going here now for over a year, and each therapist was great in their own way, but I have to say, Kimberly was by far the best.

Been going to Rainbow Chiropractic for about 10 years now and I’ve always had the best experiences with Dr. Chau and her staff. I highly recommend this business to everyone I speak to and their massage therapists are fantastic and have been so for a decade now.

The staff are friendly, nice, attentive and listen to what you need, and that’s just when you walk in the door. I’ve had 2 different masseuses and both were excellent. The doctor is quick and effective, taking the time to educate you about what she’s going to do. The whole environment is warm and inviting, and you leave there relaxed and refreshed. Good hours, great place. I will be back.
