Today I visited a doctor, even though I don’t have health insurance, and I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was not only highly professional but also had a subtle charisma that made him easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and made sure several times that I understood my condition. I especially appreciated how he took the time to ask if I had any additional questions, which is not something you always see.

By far one of the best Doctors in South Florida. I have had some not great experiences with other Doctors in the past & was having a very hard time finding a doctor for my family that I can trust, Dr. Shnayder changed that. He was kind, thorough, intelligent & explained everything in a way we could understand. His office staff are also very thorough, responsive & a pleasure to work with. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a doctors office before. Dr. Shnayder is now the only doctor my family & I will go to.

Doctor Rafail Snayder doesn't care about you as a patient. He is a businessman and not a real doctor. That is why most of the patients left him. When I was in pain and called his office on Friday at 1 PM, he refused to call me back or help me with pain medication. Instead, he said I needed to schedule an appointment. What kind of doctor leaves his patient over the weekend without pain medication if needed? I had to communicate with his front desk secretary and tell them my sensitive medical condition instead of speaking with the doctor directly. I strongly recommend looking for another more experienced doctor.

You must check your appointment book and speak with your staff before replying. I posted this review long after I decided to change you as a primary physician. First of all, I was at your office two weeks before my phone call with a pain problem. Second, nobody offered to see you on the same day as an emergency appointment. That is a lie, and finally and most importantly, you do not care about your patients; you only care about making money for your business. This realization felt like a betrayal, especially when you told me through your secretary that you cannot even pick up the phone to talk to me. Instead, you said to schedule an appointment for next week. I know the law, and you are not the first doctor I have seen. I must be honest: Rafael, you are the worst doctor I ever saw. Best doctor in all of Miami-Dade. Everyone including front desk is very organized and professional. It’s very hard to find a Doctor that listens and cares, I’m very happy with my time here, and will definitely come back.

Excellent. My family and I switched from another 'VIP" doctor several years ago. Dr Shnayder is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Best thing we ever done. Should have switched 10 years ago. If you want a REAL doctor who cares about you and does not work for the insurance company, I highly recommend to try this office.
