Always has openings for a reason. Will write Rxs but not certify the same condition for other purposes for third parties. Will state is booking a physical then bill for an office visit. Does not appear to actually listen to you in the examining room.

Bonus: Called me six months later saying I owed the copyament which I had prepaid (per their written, posted policy) and only relented when I gave them the date on my FSA provider's receipt. Absolute nonsense.

Go here if you want your insurance to be billed multiple times and too late to change anything then sent to collections. Horrible service and mediocre practice. Dr just writes prescriptions without even talking about care plans or explanations.
