I would highly recommend Quirantes Orthopedics to anyone. I brought my son in for an issue we had been trying to resolve for over 3 months elsewhere and the staff was friendly, attentive, and we walked out with what he needed the same day. I’m beyond happy with the services they provided, everyone assisted with a genuine smile, 10/10

My father was there this morning. He went to be leg-meassure for pressure stockings. He had sent in advance (to the office's email the prescription, the insurance, and all pertaining information). We got to the office and registered for that service. The front desk was over 30 minutes talking with a client about past experiences, I have approached the window and inquired about how long to see the technician will take since he was already checked out, she said that we must wait because she cannot said to the clients that she was talking to to shout their mouth.Other clients were waiting only to check on shoes models, and she made them wait. She then closed the window, leaving a little opening where I was listening her to be talking bad about the clients in the waiting room. I was very disappointed. We left the office because I have another appointment without being seen. For employees like her, places get a bad reputation, and Doctors loose their clients.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially if you are in need of something promptly as they have no sense of urgency and very poor communication skills. I spoke to Julia Ramirez about a knee brace needed, emailed her the prescription and medical insurance card as requested and never heard back. I called multiple times and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone until my fifth or sixth call only to be told that Julia did receive the email and that I had to wait to hear back from her. I asked for an ETA as to when and the person I spoke to was very unpleasant and didn’t provide any answers. So I called the next day to ask for a supervisor and I was surprised how quickly they got someone on the phone for that. I spoke with Liz and informed her of my experience and informed her that I did not wish to do business with them. Don’t waste your time with this business as there are far better places that can assist you promptly and efficiently.

Just wanna say Quirantes Orthopedics has the best patient care services & great employees.

I would like to Applaud Janet for her kind and willing commitment with taking care of my request refurbishing of my Orthotics.
Big Props to the Office Manager Liz she was amazing from the beginning of my request to the end.
Even as I was working out of town, they took the time to notify me when my orthotics were ready for pick up.

I recommend Quairantes Orthopedics for all your patient care needs.

Been taking my husband to this store for 3 years and everyone there has a passion to serve all costumers even if the insurance gives them a red tape but but they always never give up they enjoy working with the insurance and anyone I recommend anyone to come for all of your medical needs God bless this business and I’m very happy and grateful for the care they give my husband and I 😊

I took my grandpa to get a cam boot after ankle surgery. They had the boot ready as soon as we walked through the door. The wait was less than 5 mins, and my grandpa was out the door wearing his new boot. I had called beforehand and the girl on the phone made sure everything was ready for when we walked in. The front desk was already informed and was prepared for us upon arrival. I have never experienced service like this before and will recommend this place to ANYONE who needs it!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Keep doing what you’re doing Quirantes.Sincerely - An extremely happy customer!

Today experience was the best and I strongly recommend Quirantes!!!! The staff greeted me upon arrival and help from the beginning to the end. Mellissa walked me through every step with patience and genuine care. I can say that walking out that office, I feel more confident and don't have to stress no more. You have a patient forever. 🙏🏽
