Staff is sweet and services offered are great. Very nicely decorated in there as well. Only thing I’d change are perhaps switching to allergy friendly air fresheners(essential oils) and the beds are hard.

Staff was extremely friendly. I’ve had Botox numerous times, although this was my first experience using a Groupon and not going to an actual doctor’s office. My main reason for getting Botox is forehead wrinkles, and unfortunately the area directly above my eyebrows - in a straight line across my forehead - still have the same wrinkles, while everything above that line is wrinkle free. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and will now have to book an appointment with my regular doctor to see if just a touch more of Botox can fix this without giving me a “frozen” look. I would not recommend for Botox. On a side note, they did a great job on the $800 of additional treatments they upsold me. I guess they’re more concerned about where they make their money than returning customers, I certainly won’t be back.

REPLY TO RHONITA’S SUGGESTION/OFFER: As previously mentioned, I have had Botox numerous times over the years. Never once did I need to return for a two week follow-up, I’ve never even heard of that before in all my years (and two separate plastic surgeon offices). My appointment at Quintessential Care was made online and was scheduled with you actually. When I arrived the receptionist told me you wouldn’t be in the office until later in the month and someone else would help me. I’m not sure what type of business is being run out of there, but I’ll pass on your offer for another appointment - even if it’s at no cost to me. I’ve realized a little too late how true the statement “You get what you pay for” really is.

BEWARE! Booked and expected it to be the cost they advertise on their website, but on paying they charged me around 20% more. They obviously lure people in by falsely saying it is once price then charge you a much bigger price once the service is done.
