They told me I have a appointment on Thursday they won’t answer the phone when I call them it says the office is closed this is ridiculous

Update 05/13/2022 so I had a appointment yesterday which they scheduled me for 4:00 kept calling they were closed went there they were closed I took off of work.. today Friday took off of work again they scheduled me for 4:30 for a virtual appointment never heard from the doctor kept calling would not answer the phone finally got ahold of someone then told me the doctor will call me he never called me I kept calling and getting ignored lost two days of work for NOTHING!! Horrible service !!! DO NIT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. go elsewhere for service they won’t even call u or reschedule you when they are messing up

No. No no no no no. This office does NOT deserve a five-star rating and it is the staff's fault. They never return voicemails. They seldom call back, unless you have an appointment. And they will have the GALL to not answer the phone MANY TIMES in a row during business hours! So unprofessional!!!
